Role Overview

Specialize in cold-climate inverter heat pump installations, ductless mini-splits, and whole-home thermal efficiency upgrades with Mass Save rebate compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission high-efficiency cold-climate heat pump systems (Mitsubishi, Bosch, Carrier).
• Perform refrigerant line brazing, vacuum decay testing, and airflow balancing.
• Configure smart thermostats, zoned dampers, and Keen Home Pro integrations.
• Conduct residential thermal load calculations (Manual J / Manual S).
• Complete Mass Save rebate documentation and quality assurance sign-offs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• EPA Universal 608 Certification is required.
• 3+ years hands-on experience installing central heat pumps and ductless multi-zone systems.
• Solid electrical troubleshooting skills and low-voltage control knowledge.
• Strong customer communication skills and professional demeanor.
